Monthly Subscription includes a dedicated Home Manager to run errands for materials, schedule contractors, and follow up. Managing estimates, invoices, and negotiations. Researching. Ongoing conversations with the homeowner. Uploading documentation, cost, photos, contractor information, scheduling revisions, and other occurring HomeZada updates.
The Home Manager will also manage the home preventative maintenance schedule throughout the year and make adjustments as necessary.
Your dedicated Home Manager is available 24/7 for emergencies.
