CHM’s monthly subscription service is tailored to your home’s specific needs, but includes valuable, time-saving amenities, including a dedicated home manager to:

  • Schedule and follow-ups with contractors and vendors 

  • Manage estimates, invoices, and negotiations 

  • Research any home-related issues and solutions 

  • Upload documentation, costs, photos, contractor information, scheduling, and more to the HomeZada organization software 

  • Engage in ongoing conversations with homeowners 

  • Be available 24/7 for emergencies


Notably, your CHM home manager will also manage your home preventative maintenance schedule throughout the year and make adjustments as necessary.

How much does the monthly subscription cost? 

 

Monthly Subscription cost depends on the home repairs that are needed when we first take over management of the home. Once we catch up on the repairs and the home goes into preventative maintenance mode the monthly subscription cost goes down. If the homeowner would like staff management services i.e. housekeeping, gardening, pool, etc. this would also be reflected in the cost. What is the commitment period for the monthly subscription? 

 

We prefer a year contract as it sometimes can take a year to get all the home’s repairs done and preventative maintenance running smoothly. We always offer a homeowner the option to cancel the subscription anytime as long as they provide a month’s notice before cancellation. This would be written up in the contract.

 

Can I customize the services provided by the home manager to fit my specific needs? 

 

Absolutely! CHM prides itself on its customization to our clients. From managing staff (housekeeping, gardeners, pool contractors etc.) and offering home-watching services to overseeing large renovation projects, we are here to assist you.
