Custom Home Maintenance (CHM) is the solution to all your home management needs. We specialize in providing homeowners peace of mind when it comes to caring for their homes.
CHM always starts with a thorough home inspection, where a technician and home manager gather the information needed to create a framework to effectively manage your home. To make execution of the plan as seamless as possible, we upload each tailored framework to a digital home management program called HomeZada. Here you can manage maintenance schedules, and track repairs and remodeling costs.
Additionally, we include a list of our vetted contractors and warranty information.
Once we have created your custom home framework, you can choose to either manage the maintenance plan yourself or work with CHM to manage it for you.

HOME INSPECTION

What is included in the home inspection? A service technician and one of our experienced home maintenance managers conduct a thorough internal and external inspection of your home. Based on our findings, we offer our clients:

Detailed measurements and photos taken of the home's interior and exterior including all equipment, systems, and appliances.

A report that includes any immediate concerns that need to be addressed with the client.

Organized data, photos & documentation uploaded to the HomeZada software program.
This allows you to manage home repairs on your own or have the option of having CHM manage it for you.
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

Keeping track of your home maintenance is as simple as downloading the HomeZada app on your phone. Once our home manager has input all of the equipment, appliances, and systems found in your home that need to be maintained, we include a detailed “when” and “how” schedule that is customized to your individual maintenance needs. One of the primary keys to home management success is organization. At CHM we understand this and offer all of our clients: ​

A schedule that sends reminders when maintenance is due, annually, monthly, bi-monthly, etc.

Organization of all property contacts, warranty information, and home documentation (including photos) to their HomeZada account.
