Patricia St. Pierre is a seasoned strategic marketing professional with over twenty-one years of executive management experience. Fifteen of those years she owned residential homes and rental properties and worked as an Estate Manager.
As a homeowner herself, Patricia understood the importance of maintaining a home and preserving its value. That is why she started Custom Home Maintenance. Many homeowners are not sure where to begin with making a home maintenance plan nor do they have the time to manage it. Understanding every home is different, Patricia created a customized program that works best for individual lifestyles and budgets.
Peter Marafatsos
Senior Client Manager
As a transplant from Chicago over a decade ago, Peter makes his home in the Los Angeles area with lovely wife Eva, Yorkie Toula and cats Mimi & Muffin. He brings extensive property management experience, maintenance supervision skills, and client satisfaction expertise having distinguished himself at such at companies like Starbucks, Nike, and Major League Soccer. His main priority is to continue the mission of providing peace of mind, safety, security, and proactive care of the residences and estates entrusted to the CHM team. Knowing that each of us can make a difference, his favorite quote is Archimedes “Tell me where to stand and I will move the earth.
Karol Prima-Kleinbergs
Client Manager
Karol Prima-Kleinbergs applied her two decades of experience as a producer and writer for multicultural markets to become a trusted executive assistant to high-profile individuals in the entertainment industry, managing her clients' homes and rental properties.
Karol evaluates, plans, and supervises a wide range of property related projects, from essential property maintenance to remediating complex construction challenges. Being fluent in both English and Spanish, she communicates effectively with contractors, landscapers, designers, and work teams to ensure successful execution of her client’s vision.
